Pre-order Terms and Conditions

1. What is a Pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is available for immediate dispatch. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item in advance and agreeing to the terms outlined on this page.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. Your payment will be processed immediately upon checkout. By completing a pre-order, you authorise Vendela Elliott to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.

3. Estimated Dispatch Dates

Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith and are subject to change. Vendela Elliott will make every effort to fulfil pre-orders by the stated date, but delays may occur due to production, supply, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant changes to your estimated dispatch date.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Pre-orders are final after 14 days. We are unable to offer cancellations beyond this period due to production and allocation processes already commencing. You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund within the 14 days. To request a cancellation, please contact us through via email vendela-elliott@outlook.com. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard Returns and Refunds policy applies.

5. Changes to Pre-order Items

In rare cases, the final product may differ slightly from the preview shown at the time of pre-order (e.g., minor colour variations or packaging changes). We will communicate any significant changes and offer a refund if you are not satisfied.

6. Shipping

Pre-orders will be shipped using the method selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase. If you have ordered both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped together. If you prefer to receive your current stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Pre-order items will be dispatched to you once we receive them from the supplier. 

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and product imagery associated with pre-orders remain the intellectual property of Vendela Elliott and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Pre-order Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
